About the publication

Clearer choices for the rooms we live in.

Colpo d’Aria is an independent editorial publication about indoor air, temperature, humidity, light, sound, movement and stillness.

What we do

Home-climate products are often described through maximum coverage claims, laboratory figures and unfamiliar acronyms. We translate those claims into room-specific questions: what is happening, what is worth measuring, and whether a product is likely to help.

Our work begins with the condition, not the equipment. We favor practical guidance that helps readers observe and improve a room before buying anything.

The editorial team

Articles and guides are produced by the Colpo d’Aria Editorial team. A named individual author is not currently assigned to each piece. Every guide displays its publication and review dates so readers can judge how current it is.

How we research

We review manufacturer specifications, public-agency guidance, peer-reviewed research, recognized industry standards, energy certifications and replacement costs. Independent laboratory data and recurring patterns in verified owner reports may provide additional context when available.

We distinguish measured facts from interpretation, link important sources, identify missing information and correct material errors when found. We do not currently claim hands-on product testing.

How we make money

Colpo d’Aria may earn a commission from certain retailer links and may work with brand partners. These relationships do not increase the price paid by the reader.

Commercial relationships do not guarantee coverage or a favorable conclusion. Affiliate links and paid partnerships are disclosed where they appear, and our editorial judgment remains separate from compensation.
